As mizuna reaches maturity, it sends up tender stems and small, almost-broccoli-like florets. Most growers see this stage as the end of the plant—but this is exactly when we harvest it.

We call it Mizuna ‘Rabe’.

Similar to broccoli rabe—but smaller, more delicate, and only available for a brief moment:

  • Mild, slightly peppery

  • Tender stems and fine florets

  • Can be cooked gently or enjoyed raw

How to Use

  • Quick sauté with garlic and lemon

  • Add to pasta or grain bowls
