Ramps

$8.00

A true sign of spring!

Ramps—sometimes called wild leeks—are one of the first things to emerge from the forest floor each season. With a flavor somewhere between garlic and onion, they’re prized by chefs and only available for a short window each year.

Ours are grown right here on the farm, carefully established over time and harvested at peak tenderness.

Because they take years to establish and only appear briefly each spring, ramps aren’t something you stock—they’re something you catch when they’re here.

How to Use

  • Sauté lightly with butter or olive oil

  • Add to eggs, pasta, or potatoes

  • Use both the white bulb and green tops

Simple, seasonal, and deeply flavorful.

Limited availability. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for the season.

Sold by the small bunch (~8 ramps)
